This is why I only buy books and CDs from amazon Aug 13, 2007 Nothern Hydraulics has rude and incompetent customer service. I ordered the sod buster and it never came. I got billed and customer service insisted there was no order. I had to resolve it with a master card dispute.
I did eventually buy a subsoiler/middle buster at my local tractor store and I love it.
