AMAZING RESULTS! Jul 25, 2010 You can get picked up and carried away by the mosquitoes on my property. THEY GET BAD! But we have a 1/2 acre fish pond so I thought it was just going to be a fact of life. Ponds = blood suckers in the summer.
UNTIL we found this stuff.
I sprinkled some in the pond and started noticing within a few days that mosquitoes couldnt pick up and carry off the dog anymore... after a week, they are almost gone. Sure theres the occasional one or two buzzing around sticking their tongues out at us, but I can actually go out and enjoy my garden for a change without taking a bath in DEET first.
Very Very VERY pleased with this stuff and I will be buying more every season.
Now maybe my neighbors will talk to me and stop contemplating bulldozing my pond over! Ha!
To those that put a little around their yard and still find mosquitoes in their face, Im going to suggest that you are not finding the source of where they are coming from. This stuff isnt a "magic force field"...
Not sure if it works Jul 15, 2010 Have been sprinkling this around the garden.. not sure if this thing works... still lots of mosquitos...
Appears to work May 15, 2010 Had this product for 2 weeks. No larvae in the pond yet. Lots of algae, though. Seems to do the trick. I'm never certain if I've put enough in, but my water garden is small so I spread it light. Space-age stuff, but the warnings on the side are a bit creepy. Bacterial warfare against the skeeters is justified? I think so!

good stuff Jul 29, 2009 I live in southern Iowa and it has been very wet this year. So far this appears to be helping a lot. It is very easy to use, love the sprinkle top that keeps you from wasting product. I tried to buy something like this locally and this was the only place I found this product. Friends who watch me treating my standing water always ask about this and I tell them all to buy, it does a great job without harming wildlife. Love it!

Hate mosquitoes. Jul 07, 2009 I've used these for years in water gardens around my yard and they work very well and do not hurt the birds or any other animal as far as I can tell. If you look into a water feature and see something wriggling that look like small shrimp, you need these as those are mosquito larva.
