I put these traps by the wall near entry points to my house and along the hallway on the way to my room. All have caught giant ground spiders and other sundry insects. These are the spiders that show up in the middle of the night when you turn on the light to get to the bathroom. Now they are STOPPED!

Cons? My dog lay down and got a trap stuck on her tail. She lost a clump of hair getting it unstuck. Small price to pay for a better nights' sleep. I will never be without this product.

This product does nothing to get rid of spiders. The spiders just walk around it!
However these traps are good for catching flies. Unfortunately - flies are not my problem.

I really HATE spiders so I have 40 of these traps all over my house. Yes, they work great. I have tried every spider trap available and these are much superior to the others. I have caught 2 HUGE spiders in the last week. And this is just the beginning of the season in which male Hobo spiders are out hunting for mates. These traps give me peace of mind. I have been using these for years and they really do work.

First, I bought the "SpringStar" spider trap without looking at Amazon review. Just like the comments said about the SpringStar, it does not work. Then I see the good coment on this Victor spider trap. So I bought this one hoping to clean up spiders in my house.
I have set this up for 1 month now, all I captured is a tiny baby spider and 2 ants. There are still spiders around the house. Some spider even have its net set right beside the trap. I don't know why the other comments say it works. May be the California Spiders are smarter ?
Unlike moth trap, spider trap is a joke. The only useful way to fight with spider is a vacuum cleaner. Don't waste your money.
